In The Path of Resilience, also known as Resilient MOFO's, we will explore all the ways we can embrace and embody our resilience. When life chops us down, we sprout new branches. When we are ready to lean into the radical notion that our lives are limitless, no matter what we have endured, resilience is the force of nature within us that will take us there.
In this monthly membership course, we will explore various concepts, such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), mindfulness, boundary setting, cultivating self love, forgiveness, as well as strategy building practices to identify where we get stuck and then implement practical tools and ideas to bolster shifts in perspective, change in habits, and acceptance of what makes us beautiful and unique. You are already amazing. You do not have to become more of anything to be worthy of everything. But sometimes we need support, sometimes we need someone to walk beside us til we can get there on our own, to remind us of our awesome and challenge us to rise. Like a coach.
