Sacred containers for embodied transformation
Creating spaces for women to unplug from the noise, drop into their bodies, and remember what it feels like to live from the inside out, Whether it’s a weekend in the woods or a sacred circle beside Lake Michigan, we curate immersive retreats that center
nervous system healing, somatic movement, rest, reclamation,
and the power of solidarity.
Real talk, rooted in the body
If your conference is seeking feminine depth, embodied resonance, and radical authenticity, I bring lived experience, emotional fluency, and grounded presence to every panel, breakout, or stage. Together we explore what it means to embrace wholeness, navigate the complexities of modern life with fierce tenderness, & honor personal & collective wellbeing beyond the limitations of the wellness industry. Real conversations, felt in the body, carried back into the world.
Embodiment in action
Workshops are invitations to inhabit your body, to listen to its wisdom, and to move from a place of felt truth. In organizations, schools, and community spaces, we explore breath, movement, story, and the quiet power of presence. Sessions unfold around emotional resilience, letting go of limiting beliefs, reclaiming your voice, and stepping fully into your embodied authority—meeting each person
right where they are.
Guiding Young People to Trust Their Bodies and Strengthen Their Resilience
I offer trauma sensitive, body based learning for students of all ages—from elementary through college—that nurtures emotional well being, stress awareness, and self trust. By engaging body, mind, and curiosity, these programs help young people feel their own presence, trust their instincts, and discover the resilience already within them. Every session is rooted in compassion, reflection, and practical tools they can carry into daily life.
Poetic, powerful, and profoundly human
Keynotes are moments that move from presence, not Powerpoints. They are embodied stories that open a space for honesty, depth, and reflection—stories that speak to the courage, complexity, and resilience in each listener. On stage, I weave lived experience, bold truth, and quiet reverence into a rhythm that invites audiences to pause, notice, and feel something real. Each keynote is designed for a collective heartbeat—youth, educators, wellness professionals, or seekers—offering insight through embodiment, connection, and human-to-human resonance.
Weaving wonder together
I’m drawn to co-creation that breathes, stretches, and awakens—where ideas take form in body, story, and ritual. Whether it’s a podcast, a women’s circle, a creative partnership, or a long-form project, I’m here for work that moves, heals, and sparks wonder. If your vision hums with liberation, embodiment, or wild hearted curiosity, let’s weave something that resonates, echoes, lingers--
in the heart & beyond!

We camped, we sang, we did yoga, we learned about pleasure, holding a strong clear vision, & nervine nourishing herbs, we made smoke medicine bundles, we baptized ourselves in Lake Medicine, we danced under the full moon! We ate like goddesses!

We journaled. We primal screamed into our pillows. We took long walks in the woods & along the shoreline. We sat in stillness with our big grief, together. We learned tools to help ease carrying this heavy load. We tended to our bodies. And we celebrated our indomitable spirits while we honored our lost children.

We learned about our deeply protective nervous systems, how to nourish & support them becoming flexible & supple, how to build a more collaborative relationship with them through somatic movement-- and what it looks like to do deep interior work, in community.
